Jennifer is a Reiki Master, a holistic & vibrational therapist and also a fully qualified practitioner in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), adding to her skills to work with a wide range of stress related conditions and general problems that life can sometimes throw at us.

 

She has expanded her practice to include teaching holistic therapies and meditation. The meditation classes developed as a natural extension of helping others to adopt a holistic approach to their own health and well-being.

Her workshops are taught in a refreshingly down-to-earth, accessible and dynamic manner. With regards to teaching meditation, her passion is to present meditation as something we can all easily do rather than a complex discipline with rigid structures and rules. 
 

 

Teaching has become a large part of her life, running Reiki Workshops from Level One through to Master Level, Angel Workshops, Meditation Workshops and Classes and Holistic training these include, Indian Head Massage, Korean Hand Massage, Malaysian Aman Muka Massage,  Hopi Ear Candle Therapy,  to name just a few.

All Jennifer’s workshops and courses are run on a professional level but are relaxed, informal and fun. Jennifer holds nationally recognised qualifications in a number of holistic and complementary therapies.  She also holds an adult teaching certificate, and is a fully insured member of the IPTI.

 

 

Meditation

 

Jennifer's approach to meditation is a fusion of Western psychology and Eastern philosophies and is not associated to any religion.

She draws her experience from the practice of meditation over the years and as a holistic therapist and healer.

 

Meditation is something we can all do, our body naturally knows how to. Meditation helps to maintain general good health: inducing deep relaxation it reduces stress and stabilises energy levels as well as encouraging healthier breathing patterns.  It helps to clear the mind, boosts the production of natural feel good endorphins and supports the immune system.

Meditation can be beneficial for most stress related conditions including, anxiety attacks, insomnia, depression, lowered immune response, high blood pressure, asthma, hyperactivity, mood swings, and symptoms of the menopause.

Meditation is also about softening, opening up to lifes flow and experiencing ourselves as being part of a greater whole. In this way we gain a different perspective on life which in turn can lead to an increase in our confidence and greater peace of mind.

 

She encourages her students to see meditation as a way of taking time for themselves. They also acquire life skills for coping with stressful situations.
