Having a high level job as well as a young family I knew I needed help to deal with the stress and to keep myself balanced. I saw Jen's advert for meditation and even though I had no idea what to expect from meditation I decided to try it. I found Jen's teaching methods to be very down to earth with no nonsense and also a great deal of fun. I ended up doing level 2 as well. I have found the skills I have learned to be extremely beneficial and my 7 year old daughter now says her Mummy is so much more relaxed. I even do mini meditation with her now.
I now consider Jen to be a life long friend and I would recommend her 'Healing Room' to everyone!

Wow, what a fantastic course the Law of Attraction and Angel Harmony was.  Sunday was just great, I came home full of enthusiasm and feeling just wonderful.  The time and effort you have put into this course is just outstanding, the work book is so useful, my candle I have lite every night since Sunday and I have used my Gratitude stone every day!  The entire day was so peaceful, relaxing and full of information, which I am putting into practise on a daily basis.  I would highly recommend this course to everyone, Jenny puts her heart and soul into everything she does, and I feel totally blessed to have her as a true friend and mentor.  Thank you so much Jenny.

I just want to say a few words of thanks. Before taking your Angel Workshop in March 2007 I'd been having things happen to me for a long time, but never put it down to my angels. I didn't know what to expect when I came on the workshop but the experience was amazing, words can not describe. I didn't think anything would have happened to me, to see what I saw and get messages like that for other people. It shocked me a bit, but in a good way. Dear Jen,

I had a very good time on the Angel Harmony & Ascension 2 workshop, and I thought the day went very well I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

I thought how well everyone got on together in the group, the part I enjoyed the best was the fits of laughter that went on, I think it made the day complete.

I’ve learned a lot from the 2nd course and it was a good follow on workshop to the 1st Angel Harmony course I went on in the beginning, so many thanks you've helped me so much and I will always remember you for that, hope to be coming back soon for more workshops and therapies in the future.

Hi Jen, I had a wonderful time at the Ascension Day on Sunday.  I was definitely more confident and trusting with what I was experiencing.  I also felt less self conscious and relaxed more (which is probably why I can't remember most of one of the meditations)! The way you talk us through each one and your level of detail, along with your soothing voice certainly helps people relax!!

Just a quick note to thank you for doing your stuff on me today.  I feel incredibly better.  I spoke to my daughter on the phone who is a budding therapist.  She said my voice sounded better.  I feel much more positive and of course my husband is immensely thankful.  Bless you.  I will continue tapping and after America may come for another dose if I feel I need it.   Love RT

I was recommended to see Jenny when a friend told me how she had helped her with psoriasis on her leg. She told me that Jenny practices reiki that totally relaxes you and de-stresses/ de-clutters your life and mind. I was given a business card and put it in my purse thinking I would do it one-day.

That one-day came when subconsciously I knew things in my life were stressing me out. When asked why do I want reiki, I replied, “ I don’t know but, I just need to relax”.

I had four sessions that gave me time to understand what is going on in my life and how to see things from a different perspective. Believe it or not I have turned my life around. My emotional baggage has been dealt with, (a bad controlling relationship that lasted 5 years, the loss of a very important loved one who died on valentines day and my own low perception of who and what I am).

My future is bright, burning strongly with the help from Jenny. There is no pressure, no contracts to sign, no amount of bookings pushed onto you, as you are the one who is in control.

All I can say is, if you know you need to change something then why not get the best help you can? I hope you enjoy it as much as I did and still do. I recommend Jen’s services and hope you have a peaceful, fulfilled life, Enjoy.
